The Graduate School at Srinakharinwirot University in Bangkok, Thailand,is pleased to announce the symposium, Knowledge Construction through the Lens of Social and Cultural diversity, as a way to promote research, understanding and sensitivity on a range of diversity issues, with the goal of contributing to a more inclusive society.

It is, therefore, our great pleasure to invite academics, researchers,and postgraduate studentsto attend Knowledge Construction through the Lens of Social and Cultural diversity. This symposium marks two very special university occasions: the commemoration of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn being awarded her Doctorate in Development Education and the 40th anniversary of our Graduate School.

Constructing Sensitivity on Diversity and Multiculturalism as a Route for Peace in Society
Professor Dr. Lynne Chisolm is an expert in comparative youth studies, life-long learning and socio-cultural aspects of education. She holds the Chair for Education and Generation at the University of Innsbruck as well as being on secondment as a Research Advisor to UNESCO.
